Poses are set up in supported positions with less total postures in sequencing (but more space!) Diaphragmatic breath is practiced with each pose held for approximately 3-5 minutes. Yin reaches the body throughout soft tissues and releases much tension. Practicing an observation of self without stressful exertion brings peace and balance. As asana and energy are allowed to move freely and settle, space is created while we watch our breath naturally flow.
